Fabulous Healthcare Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. As an RN with our agency, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients by providing high-quality nursing care and support. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions.
- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR)
- Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
