Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Adhere to established protocols, standards, and regulations to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
