We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Fabulous Healthcare Services, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to individuals in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. Additionally, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Help patients with mobility and transfer activities
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
